collapsible items that store easily and compactly in any galley.
We also feature Galleyware dinnerware, nesting cookware,
Polycarbonate drinkware and the SodaClub/SodaStream system. The

The Yachting Gourmet began with the cookbook containing over 400
recipes for easy on board cooking. Author and CEO Mary Maskal
also saw a need for someone focused on galley outfitting, so
expanded to include the always growing product line. The
Yachting Gourmet also provides consulting to new boat owners or
those redoing their boat, to make the galley the most efficient
possible and meet the owner's specific needs.
