Experienced and knowledgeable cook seeking employment on a
luxury yacht (50m +) as a cook, sous chef or assistant chef.
I am very hard working, motivated, skilled, and
professional. Five years of food service experience
including positions as line cook, kitchen manager and sous
chef at private and corperate restaurants, hotels and
private clubs. Currently employed at St. Petersburg Yacht
Club. No yachting experience but looking to move my career
in a new direction and am more than willing to learn new
things. Not STCW '95 certified but am planning on taking
courses as soon as possible. I am located just a few hours
from Ft. Lauterdale, Florida. I am a 23 year old male and
although young, I am sure I will impress any future
employers with my maturity and professionalism.
